At State Nebraska Bank & Trust, we believe community investment is a priority. That’s what makes us unique in our approach to hometown banking.
Without the business from our customers in Wayne and the surrounding area, we realize we could not be the successful bank we are today for more than one hundred years. We give back to show our appreciation, but also because we believe it is the right thing to do to. Local investment creates a healthy, strong place to work, live, raise a family and more.Matthew Ley
We support all of our employees with their volunteer efforts in the community, whether during banking hours or after. Our employees have volunteered with community organizations such as Teammates, Rotary, United Way, WAED/Chamber of Commerce, Wayne Elementary Boosters, Kiwanis, and more.

MAIN ST. VINYL GRANTS
Since the start of this program, we have awarded 35 businesses with Main Street Vinyl grants, investing over $14,000 in window graphics to create bold new looks to our downtown area.
Every year, SNB provides one year’s worth of tuition at Wayne State College to three outstanding seniors at Wayne High School through the SNB Community Scholarship. These scholarships help continue the education of Wayne’s students toward a bright future.
This has been a long tradition of investing in the future of our community’s youth. For more than 50 years, SNB has been providing scholarship to students at Wayne State College.
